- My Viking Journey Portal: enter the KNOWN TRAVELER NUMBER(s) to Manage My Air, Traveler Information
- Cynthia: email to her your KNOWN TRAVELER NUMBER(s)
2) British Airways
- Load BA app on your cellphone,
- On Dec 1, use the BA app to check into the flight

1) Exit the plane and follow the signs to Level 3 Departure Check-in 2) Pass through Security Control 3) Walk on aisle to the right of the Departure Lounge 4) At the end, take the stairs down to Level 2 5) Left of Gate 18, walk into the Club Aspire Lounge
- For 2 1/2 hours, we have a brunch and drinks. - Around 11:45, check the nearest marquee to find our gate number. Most likely in our terminal 5A, level 2.

For international arrivals, it usually takes around an hour to clear Basel Mulhouse Freiburg Airport’s passport control and claim your baggage if you checked any in.
1) Go through one line for immigration control.
2) Pick up luggage at the baggage ramp.
3) Proceed directly through the Swiss customs line (not the French exit).
4) Walk the right side of the doors and board the #50 Bus. We do not need to buy a ticket.
Follow our BASEL PLAN to ride the #50 Bus to the train station and walk to the Radisson Blu
